Ray Delgado

Ray Delgado, PMP, CF-APMP, has extensive experience in project and program management within the defense and information systems sectors. At BAE Systems IT, key roles included C4I Designer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, effectively managing design, procurement, and operational support for command and control networks. Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Information Systems Support involved establishing quality control programs for network solutions. Ray Delgado served in the US Army for over 20 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant with notable service in the 1st Signal Brigade, among other locations. In a later tenure at BAE Systems, Ray Delgado managed the Asia-Pacific portfolio as Program Manager II and held the position of Proposal Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
