Reed Lawrence is a Senior Principal Engineer at BAE Systems Information Technology, where they focus on hardness assurance for space and avionic application hardware. Reed has been active as the JEDEC 13.4 Hardness Assurance Chairman since March 2008, contributing to the development of new standards in radiation hardness assurance. Previously, they worked as a Senior Device Engineer at SFA Inc. from 1990 to 2004, improving silicon-based process technology for defense and space applications. Reed is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at VPI&SU.
