Robert Morrill

Chief Engineer

Robert Morrill is a seasoned engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as Chief Engineer, Senior Program Manager, and Cybersecurity Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since December 2016, Robert previously held a variety of leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, culminating as a retired Lieutenant Colonel. Significant contributions include managing high-value programs at L-3 Communication Systems - West and supporting critical systems engineering efforts at Whitney, Bradley & Brown and Gauss Management Research & Engineering. Robert's military background includes directing a 300-member organization in the United States Air Force, overseeing substantial budgets and complex projects, and obtaining both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in C3I Systems Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School.
