Mr. Nichol is a driven and collaborative business leader currently serving as the Tech Group Lead for Cameras & Advanced Materials at BAE Systems, Inc. Robert possesses a strong technical background in advanced materials and defense systems, with expertise in electromagnetic sensors, nanocomposite materials, and semiconductor fabrication. Previously, Mr. Nichol held positions as a Principal Scientist at a defense contractor and a Graduate Research Associate at the Center for Electron Microscopy and Analysis. They earned a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and hold two degrees in Physics from the University of West Florida and the University of South Florida.
