Robyn Decker

Robyn Decker currently serves as the Deputy Vice President and General Manager for Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions at BAE Systems, Inc., a position held since May 2016. In this role, Robyn oversees two commercial imaging sensor businesses in Lexington, MA, and San Jose, CA, focusing on the development of market-leading sensors across the infrared spectrum for global markets. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director for both the Growth Cell and Aircraft Carrier Alliance QEC Programme, alongside a tenure as Business Development Executive, and Deputy Program Manager within the engineering sector at BAE Systems from June 2000 to May 2011. Robyn Decker holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University.
