Ruben Castillo is a Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Product Quality Design and Testing in the Automotive Industry, as well as in Quality Engineering for Pneumatic and Electro-mechanical systems in the Space and Defense sectors. They have served as a Satellite Flight Software Integration and Test Engineer at Moog Inc. and currently lead the Command and Data Handling subsystem at BAE Systems, Inc. Ruben coordinated testing for Acura RDX and Honda HRV at Honda of America Manufacturing, where they also automated component level testing using C++ and Python. Passionate about Lean and Six Sigma, Ruben is currently focused on developing skills in Software Engineering and DevOps for a transition into software development. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
