Ryan Larson

Ryan Larson is a strategic and globally experienced aerospace and defense leader with over 20 years of success in driving business growth and managing large-scale operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Controls and Avionics Solutions Operations at BAE Systems, Ryan focuses on operational excellence and cultural transformation initiatives. Previously, Ryan held various roles at Collins Aerospace, including Director of High Frequency & Fixed Site Communications and Director of Strategy. Ryan began their career in the United States Air Force as a firefighter and has actively contributed to regional workforce initiatives as a board member of the East Central Iowa Workforce Development Board. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from The University of Iowa and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University.
