Ryan Millendez is a Senior Program Controls Analyst at BAE Systems, specializing in program management, budget and financial management, and operations management. Ryan has an extensive background as a data analyst and operations manager, having produced comprehensive analyses for California's legislative programs and contributing to the University of Colorado system's procurement strategies.
