Ryan Pendleton

Ryan Pendleton has extensive experience in aerospace engineering and systems management, with a career spanning multiple roles in both military and civilian sectors. Notable positions include leadership roles at the Missile Defense Agency as Space Demonstration Program Lead and Ground Test Execution and Exercise Operations Program Lead, as well as serving as Aerostat Sensor and Force Protection System Lead in Afghanistan. Ryan has held senior management roles at Ball Aerospace and currently serves as Engineering Leader and Senior PM at BAE Systems, effective February 2024. Educational qualifications include a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University, an MS in Aeronautical Engineering and an MS in Human Resource Management, along with a PhD in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University.
