Simon Evans is a motivated and enthusiastic Chartered Engineer with a Master's Degree in Aeronautics from The University of Salford. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at BAE Systems, Inc., Simon has previously held several key engineering and managerial roles, including Head of Weapons System Engineering Department and Lead Engineer for Avionics Equipment. With extensive experience in real-time software and systems engineering, Simon has effectively implemented project management frameworks while overseeing complex engineering activities for platforms such as Typhoon and Tornado.
