Stephen Pushá

Stephen Pushá, MEM, MBA, is currently an Engineering Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., where they have been employed since 2018. Previously, they served as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at the same company, and in various engineering roles at DCS Corp and Raytheon. Stephen also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor of Systems Engineering at Tennessee Temple University. They hold an M.S. in Engineering Management and an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology, and are pursuing a PhD in Global Leadership at the same institution. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as a Research Associate at Mississippi State University.
