Stephen Shoda

Stephen Shoda, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and aerospace operations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Quality Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., since August 2015, Stephen leads risk-based AS9100D internal audits and develops supply chain management strategies. Stephen's previous roles include Regional Supplier Quality Engineer and Deputy Project Manager at BAE Systems, and multiple leadership positions in the Indiana Air National Guard focusing on aircraft maintenance. Additionally, Stephen has held various engineering and quality assurance roles at leading aerospace companies including Lockheed Martin and GE. Stephen holds a PhD in Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, an MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
