Stephen Sohm

Stephen Sohm is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience at BAE Systems, Inc. since 2016, serving as Lethality Engineering Functional Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 120 engineers and leading initiatives in operational excellence and budgeting. Previous roles include managing Mobility and Fluid Power Systems, as well as mechanical engineering, and acting as Program Manager for advanced weapon systems. Stephen's background also includes senior project and project engineering roles at BAE Systems Land & Armaments, with expertise in multi-disciplinary design and project management, and structural engineering at AEC Engineering. Stephen holds multiple degrees from the University of Minnesota, including a Master's in Management of Technology, and possesses a strong record of fostering customer relationships and developing engineering standards.
