Currently serving as a Legacy Fellow and the Vice President & General Manager of Power & Propulsion Solutions at BAE Systems, Inc., Stephen is focused on delivering advanced solutions for transportation and military applications. Previously, Stephen held the position of Vice President & Chief Counsel at CALSTART and has been a board member at The Castine Group. Stephen founded and led Alion Science & Technology Corporation and held senior legal roles at SAIC and the US Marine Corps.
