Steve Joubert is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and integration across various high-tech organizations. Currently serving as Principal Systems Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., Steve has overseen automated test tool management and led engineering sections. Previously, as Director of Engineering at ARRIS, Steve managed teams of 20 to 50 engineers, focusing on system integration for video solutions. At Motorola/Connected Homes, Steve held the position of Systems Integration Engineering Manager, leading efforts to integrate software for set-top boxes. Early in the career at Raytheon, Steve was a Principal Engineer and Group Leader in missile radar integration projects. Steve holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
