Steven Rogacki

Steven Rogacki is currently the Deputy Vice President of Operations, leveraging extensive experience in leadership and operations. They previously held the role of Business Area Operations Director at BAE Systems, Inc., and served as an Operations Team Leader at Parker Hannifin. Steven began their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Precision Assembly Technologies. They are also a member of Toastmasters and are pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University, while completing a Certificate Program in Executive Leadership at Cornell University. Steven holds an MBA in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
