Susan Cady has extensive experience in the IT and asset management sectors, currently serving as an ITIL Integration Engineer and Change Manager on the Continual Service Improvement team at BAE Systems, Inc., since June 2007. In this role, Susan oversees all governance boards associated with the program. Prior to this position, Susan worked as the enterprise asset manager at BAE Systems from June 2007 to August 2016, and earlier held the role of Training Specialist at Reliable Integration Services from 2003 to 2008.
