Tim Arnold

Tim Arnold currently serves as a Sr. Program Control Analyst at BAE Systems, Inc. since February 2022. In addition to this role, Tim is an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University, facilitating First-Year Experience courses and working individually with students to enhance their academic skills. Tim also operates as a Student Success Advisor III at the university, managing a caseload of 280 students to ensure their successful adaptation to the educational environment. Previously, Tim held positions as a Business Development Representative and a Funding Intern at Direct Capital Corporation, focusing on financing solutions for small businesses. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science from High Point University.
