Tim Heiman is a Senior Product Design Engineer at BAE Systems, where they focus on aircraft electrification and high voltage energy storage systems for eVTOL development. Previously, Tim led product design for military flight controls and commercial engine controls at BAE Systems, contributing significantly to military rotorcraft and digital engine control technologies. Alongside their engineering career, Tim has extensive experience as a play-by-play broadcaster, having served with Spectrum Sports and at Binghamton University, where they currently broadcast for ESPN+. Tim was recognized as the 2018 MiLB Broadcaster of the Year and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
