Tom Pearce

Tom Pearce is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Test Systems Team Lead at BAE Systems, Inc. since September 2018. In this role, Tom leads a cross-functional team of engineers in the development and validation of Test Systems for augmented reality displays. Previously, Tom held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer within the Head Worn Displays Team, focusing on helmet-mounted and visor projected systems for both civil and military applications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at BAE Systems, where Tom contributed to the design and analysis of mechanical systems, particularly in active inceptor systems and test equipment for Head Worn Displays. Tom earned a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath in 2016.
