Tom Reeder

Tom Reeder is an experienced environmental and safety professional with a strong background in managing compliance programs across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior SHE (Environmental) Specialist at BAE Systems, Inc., since November 2022, Tom oversees environmental compliance for multi-site ship repair facilities in Northeast Florida. Prior to this role, Tom was a Senior EHS Professional at Precoat Metals, managing environmental compliance for metal coil coating facilities and maintaining ISO 14001:2015 certification. Tom's extensive experience includes serving as Division Manager at Liquid Environmental Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed safety, operations, and financial management, and as General Manager at Industrial Water Services, overseeing waste treatment operations and compliance reporting. Tom's career began in laboratory roles at Industrial Water Services, progressing from Technician to Manager. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Business from Florida State College at Jacksonville and pursued further coursework at the University of North Florida.
