William Goss

William Goss is an experienced Finance Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since October 2014, where responsibilities include leading Earned Value Management (EVM) for major programs and supporting the EVM System working group with compliance analysis. Prior to this role, William spent over 30 years at Lockheed Martin, holding several significant positions including Program Performance Management Lead and Program Finance Manager. In these roles, accomplishments included passing the DCMA EVM certification audit and establishing budget baselines for commercial and government programs. William holds an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate's degree from the University of Florida.
