Catherine Griffiths

Catherine Griffiths is the Executive Director of People at BAFTA, where they define and implement the organization’s people strategy while driving culture and people initiatives. With extensive experience in HR, Catherine has previously held roles such as HR Consultant at McDonald's Europe Ltd. and Senior Consultant at Retail Human Resources, focusing on talent management and employee relations. As an Independent Consultant since 2014, they have developed strong project management and influencing skills across various industries. Catherine also holds a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University.
