Previously, Laura held key financial leadership roles at the BBC, including Finance Director at BBC Studios and Head of Finance for various departments, successfully driving commercial growth and operational transformation. As a trusted and collaborative leader, Laura is deeply committed to gender equality and inclusion, mentoring individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results.
