Lee Schuneman

Lee Schuneman serves as the President & Chief Product/Technology Officer at EF Education First, overseeing a global live teaching and study platform that supports 4 million students continuously across various countries. In addition to this role, Lee is the Chair of BAFTA Breakthrough China and has held advisory positions with Patient and Heroic Books. Prior experience includes significant contributions to BAFTA's Children's and Games Committees, and a lengthy career at Microsoft, where Lee served as Studio Head and Innovation Leader, developing initiatives like Paint 3D and the Hololens Early Access Program. Previous roles at Rare Ltd include Studio Director and Creative Director, responsible for shaping the studio's product strategy and delivering numerous successful titles.
