Dan Small

Dan Small is an experienced merchant and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Senior Merchant at BAGGU since April 2019, with a focus on licensing, collaborations, special projects, and merchandising. Additionally, Dan co-founded Bar Part Time, a natural wine bar and dance hall, in January 2020. Previous roles include Wholesale Manager at KARA in 2018, where Dan managed wholesale accounts and identified growth opportunities, and Wholesale Manager at BAGGU from 2015 to 2018, overseeing sales, operations, and key accounts. Dan also held the position of Product Lead and Buyer at WESTERLIND, where responsibilities included managing cross-developmental channels and eCommerce operations. Early career experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Medium Concepts, managing several contemporary menswear brands. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Vassar College, earned in 2013.
