Christopher Smart

Christopher Smart is a collaborative and customer-focused leader with extensive experience in the defense, resilience, and finance sectors. They served as a Consultant and Project Manager at 4C Strategies from 2016 to 2020, where they managed collective training exercises and established capability management roles. Prior to that, Christopher held operations leadership roles with the British Army, including Operations Director. They are currently the UK Programme Manager at Bagira and recently worked as the Technology and Innovation Lead at Babcock International Group. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Risk, Crisis, and Resilience Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Durham University.
