Ian McQueen

Ian McQueen is the Complex Director of Security and Surveillance at The Pointe Complex, where they focus on enhancing safety standards and integrating advanced surveillance systems. With over 8 years in security management, Ian's previous roles include Director of Security & Surveillance at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau and Assistant Director of Security at Melia Nassau Beach. They began their career in law enforcement as a Police Officer and Detective with the Royal Bahamas Police Force. Ian holds an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University, where they graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
