Harendra D. is a seasoned technical leader with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as a Technical Lead for Oracle Fusion Middleware at Bahwan CyberTek since January 2011. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, organizing project schedules, promoting industry best practices, and designing supporting framework prototypes. Previously, Harendra worked at Wipro Technologies as a Specialist, focusing on project implementation and planning, and held roles at Esquire Systems Ltd, Deloitte Consulting, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Security Engineers Pvt. Ltd, gaining expertise in SOA analysis, Oracle integration, requirements gathering, and design and development in various capacities. Harendra holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
