Swami (K Swaminathan) currently serves as the Chief Delivery & Wellness Officer at Bahwan CyberTek since May 2020. Prior to this role, Swami held various leadership positions at IBM from January 2010 to May 2020, including IBM Automation Solution and Offerings Leader for Asia Pacific, where Swami focused on advancing client automation strategies beyond cost reduction to innovation and differentiation. Swami's experience also includes establishing Automation Centers of Excellence and enhancing learning and knowledge management within IBM. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Director at KPMG from 1996 to January 2010, where Swami led a consulting team to drive client value. Swami holds a CISA certification from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and earned a B Sc in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from St. Xavier's College, along with completing secondary education at Don Bosco High School, Matunga.
