Michael Cotter

Michael Cotter has over 19 years of work experience in procurement and management roles. Michael is currently the Head of Procurement at BAI Communications since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Procurement Manager at BAI Communications from July 2019 to August 2023. Before joining BAI Communications, Michael worked at Broadcast Australia as a Category Manager - Procurement from November 2014 to June 2019. Michael also has experience in purchasing and assets management at Macquarie University from August 2009 to October 2014, and as a Project Manager for the implementation of the Concur Expense Management System from May 2006 to June 2008. Michael started their career at American Express, where they worked as a Media Specialist in Credit Card Operations from February 2004 to May 2006, and in Billing Operations from May 2001 to February 2004.

Michael Cotter obtained a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) from the Australian Institute of Management in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma of Project Management - BSB51504 at The University of New England from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they also received a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
