Michael Payne is a seasoned engineering professional, currently serving as the Engineering Design Authority at BAI Communications since 2016. From 2003 to 2006, they held the position of Engineering Team Leader at Broadcast Australia and also worked as an Engineering Manager. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they contributed as an Infrastructure Design Engineer at ntl Telecommunications. Michael holds a Bachelor (Honours 2A) in Engineering and a Master of Engineering Science in Satellite Communications, both from James Cook University.
