Tom Simpson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom started their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Crystal Springs Quarry Golf Club in 2006 and later worked at Norwood Hills Country Club in the same role from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Tom transitioned into the insurance field and worked as an Agent/Broker at DL Insurance Agency until 2011. Tom then joined Fleming Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Specialist from 2011 to 2012. Tom's experience in marketing began in 2012 when they worked as a Physician Sourcing Specialist and later as a Marketing Assistant and Social Media Manager at PracticeMatch until 2014. Tom then served as a Marketing Coordinator at Lumara Health from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Tom worked in customer service at Repco Graphics. Since 2017, they have been with BAI, first in the role of Relationship Manager until 2021, and currently as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Tom's work experience showcases their versatility and ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Tom Simpson, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Fontbonne University in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Management Information Systems, from Truman State University between 2002 and 2004. Tom began their educational journey at Chaminade College Preparatory, where they graduated in 2000 with a degree in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Tom has also obtained various certifications, including "Become a Customer Service Specialist" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Learning Microsoft Dynamics 365: The Basics" from LinkedIn in July 2020, and "Microsoft Teams Essential Training" from LinkedIn in July 2020. Furthermore, Tom holds the certification as a Class A PGA Golf Professional.
