Tracy G. S. has over 30 years of work experience in the IT compliance field. Tracy G. began their career in 1989 as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick. Tracy G. then worked as a Principal IT Consultant at Pena and Associates from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 2000, Tracy was a Manager of EDP Audit at CNA Insurance. Tracy G. then moved to Allstate Insurance, where they worked as a Division Manager of IT Audit from 2000 to 2008. Tracy then moved to Tribune Company, where they were a Manager of IT Audit and Compliance from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they took a role as an IT Audit Consultant at Rose International. From 2012 to 2018, Tracy was a Director of Programs Oversight, Senior Manager of Retail Programs Oversight Controls and Governance, and Manager of Internal Controls and Governance at Health Care Service Corporation. Since 2020, they have been a Senior IT Compliance Auditor/Project Manager at BAI Security.

Tracy G. S. attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1976 to 1980, studying Computer Science. Tracy G. then went on to earn their MS in Information Systems from American Sentinel College between 2000 and 2002.
