晓宇 王 began their career in 2004 as a DSP Software Engineer at 信息集团（北京信息集团股份有限公司）. In 2007, they moved to 展讯 as a Senior Firmware Engineer. In 2008, they became a Project Manager at 华为. In 2014, they were appointed Cooperation Director at BaiCells Technologies.

晓宇 王 received a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Xidian University between 1997 and 2004.
