Flora Chen

Flora Chen is a seasoned professional in the fields of digital marketing and account management with extensive experience in the apparel, luxury, and cosmetic industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at R3 since July 2021, Flora previously held the position of National Account Director at Baidu, Inc. while also contributing as a Senior Account Manager at the same company. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Manager at Condé Nast Center of Fashion & Design and Account Manager at Baidu, specializing in the cosmetic and luxury sectors. Flora's career began at Hearst Magazines as an Advertising Manager, following an internship at VOGUE. Flora holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of the Arts London and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
