Jin (Jeff) Wen, PMP, currently serves as the Program Delivery Director of IOV at 百度, leading the Guangzhou delivery center since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jin held the position of Senior Project Manager at BYD North America from October 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading project management teams and managing multiple electric truck projects, facilitating collaboration between teams in China and the US. Jin's experience at BYD spans from September 2008 to July 2021, with roles including Project Manager for various electric truck and bus projects and assisting the General Manager in team management and business development. Jin also worked in Brazil, supporting project management for electric bus modifications. Jin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lanzhou University of Technology, earned in 2008.
