Linli Huang

Linli Huang is a Senior Manager and Leader in the Department of Government Relations at Baidu, Inc., where they have worked since 2012. Previously, Linli held significant roles, including Director of the Industry S&T Institute at the China Center for Information Industry Development from 2010 to 2012 and Expert for the Eu-China Information Society Project from 2006 to 2009. Linli's expertise includes maintaining relationships with high-level officials and analyzing macropolicy and internet industry policy. They also served as Vice Director of the Informatisation Research Center at CCID and Asia Coordinator for the Development Gateway Foundation. Linli holds a Master's degree in Management from Peking University.
