Luyao Han

Luyao Han is the Head of M&A at Baidu, Inc., since February 2014, leading strategic investments with expertise in consumer platforms, social communities, and various content verticals. Prior to this role, Luyao served as a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Department at CICC from July 2008 to January 2014, where extensive industry knowledge and execution experience in telecommunications, financial institutions, consumer and retail, and the Internet were developed. Responsibilities included conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and coordinating communication among stakeholders. Luyao also interned at the Royal Bank of Canada in the Global Private Banking Department in 2007. Luyao holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Peking University, earned in 2008.
