张旭娟

旭娟 张 has extensive experience in software development and project management. They have served as a Scrum Master at Ericsson from 2015 to 2018, leading multiple Scrum teams and enhancing Agile practices. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Test Engineer at Huawei from 2007 to 2011, focusing on system integration and verification. Currently, 旭娟 works at Baidu as a PMO and Agile Coach, managing core projects and promoting Agile methodologies. They hold multiple degrees from Dalian University of Technology, including a Bachelor's in Information Management and Information Systems and a Master's in the same field.
