Wei Qu is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technology research and development. They have been contributing to Baidu Inc. since 2014, focusing on product engineering for advertising retrieval systems while leading a small team. Prior to this role, Wei worked as a Staff Software Engineer at IBM from 2010 to 2014, and as a Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from 2009 to 2010, where they were involved in server and base station technologies respectively.
