Bailey Hills Estates is a family-run vineyard & winery in Bishop's Stortford, on the border of Hertfordshire & Essex. After planting our vines in 2018 and welcoming our first harvest in 2021, our cellar door finally opened in September 2025.  

The 5.2k hand-planted vines consist of the classic grape varieties that form Premium English Sparkling Wine - Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay - and we are delighted with our first three vintages: Classic Cuvée from 2021 and 2022, and a 2022 Sparkling Rosé (additional releases arriving later this year!). 

At the heart of the estate is our state-of-the-art winery, enabling the production of wine from grape to bottle on-site. Alongside it sits our striking Tasting Room and Terrace - an elegant, light-filled space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the vines. With a capacity for up to 150 guests, it’s a versatile venue for both private and corporate events. 

When not open for public tours, tastings and experiences, the Tasting Room becomes an inspiring setting for networking events, away days and client entertainment. Its vineyard surroundings and onsite wine-making facilities open the door to a wide range of creative & immersive wine-related activities. 

One of the most unique aspects of Bailey Hills Estates is its location. Standing among the vines, surrounded by countryside views, you’d never know you’re just a five-minute drive from Bishop’s Stortford town centre, with direct train links to London Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale.
