Tracy Lynes, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as FP&A Manager - Global at Bailey Nelson since August 2020, previously holding positions as Finance Manager and Financial Analyst for North America and the UK. Prior to Bailey Nelson, Tracy worked at Icebreaker as Controller - North America and in various finance roles including Head Office Accountant and Finance Assistant. Additional experience includes a key leadership position at lululemon athletica Australia & New Zealand, financial controlling at RDA International, and assisting in financial control at Assouline. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of Auckland, obtained in 2005.
