Robert's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Plymouth City Council, where roles ranged from Principal Planning Officer in the Major Developments Team to Acting Major Developments Team Leader, managing sensitive planning applications and staff performance. Additional experience includes positions at Caradon District Council and Willis and Co Chartered Town Planners, alongside an educational background comprising a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England.
