Stephen Walker

Stephen Walker is the Director of Fire Consultancy at Bailey Partnership, leading a national team in fire safety. Prior to this role, they served as a Fire Technician at Sanctuary Group, where they provided critical fire safety advice for over 100 care homes. Their extensive experience includes senior positions in fire safety consultancy, risk management, and engineering, including roles at organizations like WFST Ltd, Marsh, and the Royal Air Force, where they served as a firefighter for 14 years across multiple countries. Stephen is also involved in drafting standards for fire risk assessors as part of BS 8674.
