Set up in 2020 by John Bailiss, the company has grown to be a core team of structural engineers and support technicians working on projects from £0.5m to £20m+ across residential, commercial, health and education projects.

The company is founded on the ethos of providing suitable, intelligent and pragmatic support to projects, through the design of new structures and details, as well as the investigation, assessment and proof of existing buildings and elements. 

Proving that what we already have is suitable and functional is key to reducing our use of new materials, time, money and carbon.

The less we can build, the less time on site, carbon and money we spend. Engineering and understanding is the key to these savings.
