Ari Hoffman

Ari Hoffman, P.E., LEED AP, is a seasoned mechanical engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. At WSP Flack + Kurtz, Ari managed projects across various domains, from data centers to large-scale hospitality developments. Currently, as an Advisor for Bain Capital's Double Impact Fund, Ari evaluates proptech companies and analyzes market trends. Ari also serves as Assistant Vice President at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., leading development in the Mid-Atlantic region, and has held positions as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at JLL, where project management for high-value construction projects was a focus. Additional experience includes co-founding Waypoint Building Group and currently directing construction and research projects at Crusoe. Ari holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
