Bart Gombert

Bart Gombert is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner and Asia General Counsel at Bain Capital since May 2011, Gombert has held various titles including Managing Director and Global Private Equity General Counsel, and European General Counsel. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Gombert was a Senior Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2005 to April 2011, and held associate positions at Fried Frank, Eubelius, and Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick. Bart Gombert earned a Master's Degree in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Ghent University.
