Aaron Chaiken

Aaron Chaiken is a seasoned professional currently serving as Vice President for Americas Consulting Programs and Talent at Bain & Company since September 2014. In this role, Aaron leads talent management and staffing, acts as chief-of-staff for the Atlanta office head, and co-leads the firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. Previous positions include Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager focused on organizational effectiveness and strategy. Aaron's early experience includes roles at The Cambridge Group, Watson Wyatt, and Phonak Hearing Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Chicago. Additionally, Aaron serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Intown Cares.
