Aaron Mann

Aaron Mann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Windgap Medical, Inc. since February 2023, Mann also acts as a Bain External Advisor while previously holding significant positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Kindeva Drug Delivery and Vice President at Phillips-Medisize. Additional board roles include membership on the Board of Directors for The Medical Alley Association and as a Board Member for the Association for Accessible Medicines. Mann’s career encompasses leadership in corporate development, strategy, and operations, with a notable track record of managing substantial M&A activities at 3M, where responsibilities included overseeing global strategy for the Health Care Business Group. Mann holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Carleton College.
